No, you do not need a resume to apply. When you click to apply, you will be conveniently directed to an application form within Indeed.com where all our advertised positions are posted. You will then have the option to upload a cover letter and/or a resume. You can also apply in person at one of the following locations:

Our goal is to hire the best qualified candidate for the position while ensuring a smooth process for our applicants. The hiring manager and our human resources department will work together to select candidates for consideration. You may be asked to participate in a short phone screening to explore your skills and experience. Final candidates will then be invited for an in-person interview. Once the hiring decision is made, the selected candidate will be offered the position contingent upon successfully completing the pre-employment testing.

Of course! We often have multiple qualified candidates apply for the same position, but unfortunately, we can only select one candidate to hire. You may have excellent qualifications for another position and we encourage you to apply.

The pre-employment testing usually takes less than a week. Upon successful completion of pre-employment testing, we will reach out to you to confirm the results and determine your start date.

Studies show that first impressions are formed within seconds of meeting someone. We suggest business-professional attire for a job interview. Your clothes should be neat, clean, and pressed. You should avoid perfume, cologne, or aftershave. Even though you may not dress like this every day, you are much more likely to be taken seriously when you present yourself in a neat and professional manner.

On your first day of employment, we recommend that your attire suit your new job. Many positions require uniforms, and we will start that process on your first day or during the first week. In the meantime, your manager or your human resources contact can provide guidance on your first day’s attire.

There are areas designated for employee parking at each work location. Your manager can provide exact directions about employee parking.

Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and Allstate policies the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Employees age 21 or over and who work 250 hours in a three month period are eligible to participate in our company 401(k) plan beginning on the first day of the month following 90 days of employment. You are fully vested in our 401(k) after two years of employment.
